Why did the Chicago Bears pull Rex Grossman and not fire their offensive coordinator?

The Chicago Bears should fire ever assistant coach on offense and deport the offensive coordinator to France. Pulling Grossman is just a cover up. Changing quarterbacks won’t help Chicago win.
